In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Support Schedule

Our support team is available during Monday - Friday from 8.00 AM – 4PM (GMT +7). We also sometimes check and reply unanswered questions on the weekends but please don’t expect a quick-reply on weekends.

Our support is usually offline during public holiday, you can check our Indonesian public holidays here.
